Elevate Radiate is an online coaching tool that provides motivation and tips that will help you tap into your own inner strength to live a more meaningful and purposeful life, attain personal growth, and realize your dreams and goals.​

Elevate Radiate is intended to assist individuals who: are looking for tips to live life to the fullest, desire living in alignment with their full potential, value prioritizing their body, mind and spirit, and are prepared to move through and learn from what might be getting in their way. ​

I feel an undeniable pull to serve, bring light into the world, and support humanity to the best of my ability. I created Elevate Radiate as one way to fulfill this call. ​

WHAT LED ME HERE
​
I've always had a passion for helping people. In the professional world, I started my career at the corporate office of a Fortune 50 company managing inventory. I was most passionate about developing my team and helping them achieve their career goals. This led me to the HR profession and the beginning of coaching. Over time, I've led several initiatives that included creating development, coaching and goal-setting tools and resources, facilitating culture, and executive training.
​
The age of five was the beginning of my connection and relationship with God and my guardian angels. I have vivid memories of seeing my angels at my bedside and could sense when they were around. These relationships provided comfort and guidance into adulthood. I clearly remember the desire to be a guardian angel someday and help others here in the physical realm. Now, thirty-plus years later, this dream still lies within my heart.

​In addition, the past several years I have further developed my intuitive abilities and prioritized personal growth.
​
I have endured many battles and setbacks in life. My health took a turn two years ago and now presents ongoing challenges. As difficult as it has been, I will continue to feel, understand, and learn from my journey and in the end, always pursue the light.
​
I am thrilled to bring my professional and personal experiences together to help others as a life coach.

Alissa Janey
Alissa Janey has spent over 20 years in corporate business and Human Resources roles and has experience leading initiatives for Fortune 500 companies focused on coaching, training & development, strategy, and change management. In her profession, Alissa developed coaching tools, resources, and websites to help thousands of individuals around the US and has won numerous awards for her work.
​
Alissa is a certified change leader and facilitator. She has completed courses on healing trauma, exercises to release past trauma from the body, and build resilience for future challenges.
​
​Her childhood marked the beginning of her relationship with God and her guardian angels. In her teens, Alissa realized she had intuitive abilities and a strong connection with the angelic realm but didn't fully understand it at the time. Over the years, she has embraced and exercised these gifts, in tandem with her HR experience, to help others and guide her own life.
​
Alissa's journey has not been an easy one. She has gone through deep inner work and experienced her own life challenges, including the delay of this website due to her health conditions. Even though her health challenges seem determined to knock her down, she continues to persevere as she feels an undeniable pull to share Elevate Radiate and help others. She continues to choose the light and wants to help others do the same.

Alissa's life is guided by her heart, and her mission is to help others be their best self and uncover, move through, and tackle what might be getting in their way.
